The majority or our customers fall into the ‘vulnerable’ category and may feel concerned about allowing anyone into their home at this time.
We understand this concern, but we also know some customers may have been struggling with bathing for a while, and may want to find a solution as soon as possible, to improve their health, hygiene, and overall wellbeing.
What COVID-safe measures do you put in place?

How long does it take to install a bathroom?
The length of bathroom installation can vary because each solution is unique. However, you can have a bathroom solution installed from as little as three days. Prior to the installation, we will visit your home to assess your needs.
We will arrange a sales surveyor to visit you to discuss your needs and to design your new, bespoke bathroom or wet room. They will provide you with a free no obligation quote.
If you decide to proceed, we will arrange for one of our technical surveyors to visit your property. This is to double check that the materials, products, and bathroom furniture will be suitable for your property – we install in homes of all shapes, sizes, and age and this second check ensures the installation goes smoothly. They will advise how long the installation will take and will arrange a date to start the work.
The fitter(s) will arrive at your property on day one to start the work– we will let you know beforehand the fitters name and what time to expect them. They will dispose of anything no longer needed from the current bathroom and they will clean up at the end of the day. They will keep you informed of their progress and you will not be left without hot running water in your home.
Will there be any delays to the work because of COVID-19?
We have been fortunate and have not had problems with our suppliers providing materials, however we must be mindful that delays could occur, but we will always endeavour to find a solution quickly.

Will your prices increase because of COVID-19?
No. We have not increased any of our prices and we do not plan on doing so. As a family-run business we are fortunate to continue to trade when so many businesses have become victims of the pandemic and we will continue to offer competitive prices, our price match promise, and our charitable giving.
