However, we understand that not everyone will be able to travel to one of our showrooms. If this is the case, there’s no need to worry. We have team members based up and down the country who can visit you in your home. Making a visit to a showroom isn’t always easy or comfortable. Therefore, we set out to bring the showroom to you! Every customer in the UK is eligible for a free, personalised consultation in the comfort of their own home. We’d be happy to discuss your new bathroom over a cup of tea, and offer you tailored suggestions. Our team members will bring swatches, brochures and catalogues to ensure you get a good idea of everything we have to offer.

We’ll arrange for one of our surveyors to visit you at home to discuss your needs and how to best use the available space. We can also offer a virtual meeting via WhatsApp or Zoom – this is useful if a relative or Occupational Therapist would like to join the meeting.

Our mobility specialists and surveyors will take away the headache of designing a solution that suits your needs, your style and your budget. This might include a powered walk-in bath, walk-in shower or wet room, and include features such as a smart toilet, shower chairs, grab rails, slip-resistant flooring and more.
