Complete Disabled Bathroom Installations

Many of our clients in Stoke-on-Trent, Stafford, Derby, and Macclesfield come to us for disabled bathroom installations. This may involve renovating your current bathroom or transforming another space, such as an unused dining room, into a new bathing area. As mobility becomes more challenging with age, converting some of your downstairs space into an accessible bathroom often makes sense.

A disabled bathroom installation can significantly enhance safety and convenience for bathing and using the toilet. If you are considering a completely new bathroom setup, our expert team at AHM can assess your home and suggest the optimal location for installation, as well as features which will give you the right support.

All bathrooms, no matter the size, can be adapted to become more accessible. There are a vast range of products and options to choose from. Our mobility specialists and surveyors will take away the headache of designing a solution that suits your needs, your style and your budget. This might include a powered walk-in bath, walk-in shower or wet room, and include features such as a smart toilet, shower chairs, grab rails, slip-resistant flooring and more.

This depends on your personal requirements, available space and mobility needs. You may have a small en-suite where a shower would work best, or might have space to enjoy a long hot soak in a walk-in bath. You might prefer an open-plan solution, such as a bathroom with wet room. We will help you choose the right solution that looks stylish, feels luxurious and is a pleasure to use.

Absolutely! We know choosing a new mobility bathroom can feel daunting. It’s a job that requires specialist knowledge and experience, and with so many products to choose from it can become overwhelming. That’s why at AHM we offer a full design service with one of our surveyors, who will include products to make bathing easier that suit your budget and your style.

We certainly can. Although our speciality is very much rooted in accessible bathrooms, we will fit bathrooms without these features as well. Many of our happy clients’ families and friends come to us and ask for standard bathroom installations, which we are more than happy to do.
