From one family to another

We pride ourselves as being a family run business founded in 1999 by Simon and Julie Symcox. Simon has over 25 years experience working with mobility and assisted health products. As such, he has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to bathroom installations and recommendations for your needs.

Over the years, their son Charlie joined the team in 2014 after 12 years in the Royal Navy as a commissioned Officer. Charlie now runs the Somerset branch as the main point of contact for the South West. As a family they all share the same belief in offering the best service, with the minimum of interruption to your home.

Minimal disruption

We know how hard it is having workmen in your home and as such we strive to make the minimum of disruption as possible. Our fitters will always work around your needs, and keep you informed when we’re about to turn of the water, disconnect a toilet and so on.

Clean & tidy

Our fitters run a tight ship. We’ll never leave you with mess to clear up, dust to hoover or rubbish to dispose of. All of our fitters will treat your home with the greatest of respect, clearing up their rubbish as they go, laying protective dust sheets as appropriate and disposing of waste materials.

Every customer will receive a free, no-obligation bathroom survey. With a team of surveyors across the country, we’ll come to your property and make the best recommendation for you. We also offer free advice on any available government grants that may be eligible for.
